Candidates will start collecting their Registration cards from the academy from 17th January, 2024. Registration cards distribution will be closed by 8:00pm of 19th January, 2024.
Entry to the Practical Hall Examination and Theory Hall Examination will only be permitted upon successful validation of the Registration card.
Grade One and Grade Two & Grade Three are only eligible for appearing in theory hall examination. Debut Grade Students will attend the Practical Hall Examination only.
Hall attendance and Practical Hall performance slot will be taken as per " First come, First Serve" basis.
Theory Examination Rules and Regulations
Dear Students,
As we approach the theory examinations, it is imperative to adhere to the following rules and regulations to ensure a fair and disciplined assessment process. Please read and comply with the guidelines provided below:
1. Punctuality:
a. Arrive at the examination venue at least 15 minutes before the scheduled start time.
b. Latecomers will not be granted additional time, and no exceptions will be made.
2. Identification:
a. Bring a valid student identification card or another official photo ID.
b. Sit at the assigned seat indicated by the invigilator.
3. Personal Belongings:
a. Leave all bags, backpacks, and personal belongings outside the examination hall.
b. Only essential writing materials, such as pens, pencils, and erasers, are allowed on the desk.
4. Communication:
a. Maintain complete silence once inside the examination hall.
b. Communication with fellow students during the examination is strictly prohibited.
5. Electronic Devices:
a. Switch off and leave all electronic devices, including mobile phones, smartwatches, and calculators, outside the examination hall.
b. Unauthorized use of electronic devices will result in immediate disqualification.
6. Exam Booklets:
a. Wait for instructions before opening the examination booklet.
b. Ensure that you have received the correct question paper.
7. Writing Materials:
a. Bring your own pens, pencils, and other required writing materials.
b. Borrowing or sharing of writing materials during the examination is not allowed.
8. Misconduct:
a. Any form of cheating, plagiarism, or dishonest behavior will be dealt with severely.
b. Respect the integrity of the examination process and the efforts of your fellow students.
9. Leaving the Examination Hall:
a. Students are not allowed to leave the examination hall during the first and last 30 minutes of the examination.
b. If you need to leave temporarily, seek permission from the invigilator.
10. Submission of Answer Sheets:
a. Stop writing immediately when instructed by the invigilator.
b. Ensure that your answer booklet is handed in to the invigilator before leaving the examination hall.
Failure to comply with these rules and regulations may result in disciplinary action.
During the theory examination, following additional rules must be strictly followed,
No Mobile or any kind of electronic device or communication device allowed.
No pens or pencils are allowed.
No Pencil box or any kind of paper is allowed.
Arrive 15 mins early with the registration card.
Question paper can be taken by the candidate back home.
Management head's decision will be final.
Entry to the Theory Hall Examination will be closed by 10:30am.
