To maintain the highest standards of discipline, consistency, and musical growth, NMAG India is implementing the Learning Curve Policy v1.0 (LC v1.0) — a mandatory framework applicable to all enrolled and affiliated students.
This policy directly affects students’ eligibility for grade examinations, certification, student benefits, and overall academic status at NMAG India.
🧾 Complete Guidelines of LC v1.0
1️⃣ Minimum Attendance Requirement
Students must maintain at least 75% attendance in their scheduled classes.
Falling below this threshold will result in disqualification from appearing in exams and academic performances.
2️⃣ Assignment Compliance
All assignments must be submitted on time via Google Classroom.
Incomplete or irregular submissions will count as LC non-compliance.
3️⃣ NIPRO Participation & Evaluation
All students must participate in at least two NIPRO events per academic year.
Students will be rated by the NIPRO Operations Lead and NIPRO Manager.
A minimum rating of 7/10 is required to remain eligible for examinations and promotions.
Consistent underperformance may lead to downgrading of grade level.
4️⃣ Compulsory Workshop Attendance
Students must attend designated workshops listed on:👉 https://www.nmagindia.com/nmagevents
Workshop attendance will contribute to learning evaluation and exam eligibility.
Absence without valid reason will result in LC violation.
5️⃣ Continuous Absenteeism Policy
Missing 8 consecutive classes without formal notice will result in immediate termination from NMAG India.
Consequences include:
Removal from all platforms.
Resetting of LC progress to zero.
Loss of access to classroom, performance history, and certificates.
Rejoining will require fresh registration and re-evaluation by the NMAG India faculty board.
6️⃣ Certification and Student ID Lock for Non-Compliance
Students who violate LC v1.0 will have their NMAG Student ID deactivated.
No Grade Certificates will be issued unless LC standing is restored via official review.
Certification issued after May 1st, 2025 will include:🔖 "Certified under NMAG India Learning Curve Compliance" for eligible students only.
7️⃣ Perks, Points, and Platform Access Restricted
Access to:
Grade-wise Progress Reports
Class Recordings & Materials

NMAG Loyalty Points
Workshop Discounts and Merchandise will be granted only to LC-compliant students.
LC defaulters will have these benefits revoked until restored through faculty review.
8️⃣ Student Leaderboard & Recognition Program

Benefits may include:

9️⃣ Warning & Suspension System
First-time LC violators will receive a 7-day warning period to rectify the issue.
If not resolved, the student will be temporarily suspended from classes and platform access until compliance is re-established.
