Harmonic minor scale Exercise for Progressive Specialization (for Piano/keyboard)

The Harmonic Minor Scale is one of three minor scales. The other two are the Natural Minor and the Melodic Minor. The sound of the Harmonic Scale is somewhat characterized by the music of the Middle East.

The Harmonic Minor differs from the Natural Minor by the sharpened seventh note, and this minor scale is consequently not played in the same way as the relative major scale. The less common Harmonic Major scale can instead be seen as a relative to the Harmonic minor.
